Our land loans basics are as followed to hopefully clear that piece up for you. When an appraiser goes out to the property the highest and best use of the land needs to be agriculture or recreational (Like in the woods very rural). We can’t do any lot loans, loans for residential or commercial development though. Also, our loan amounts on land go from 500k to 100 million just a heads up on that. Min. Acreage is 10 as well.
